1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use troiken.com. “Troiken”, “we” and “us” mean Darshan, a sole proprietor based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, who runs the Troiken brand. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
2. Using this website
You’re welcome to browse the site and share links to it. Please don’t:
- use it for anything unlawful;
- try to disrupt it, overload it or get into parts of it you aren’t meant to reach;
- copy substantial parts of its content for commercial use, or present our work as your own;
- use automated tools to collect personal data from it.
3. Case studies and results
The case studies describe specific past campaigns for specific clients. The figures are those recorded for those campaigns. Where a figure is a forecast or an estimate rather than a measured result, it is labelled as one. Clients are kept anonymous.
Marketing results depend on many things outside our control, including your product, pricing, market, budget, competition, and the advertising platforms’ own systems and policies. Past results don’t guarantee future ones. Nothing on this website promises any particular result, ranking, number of leads, sales or return on ad spend.
4. Information, not advice
The content on this website is general information. It isn’t professional, legal, financial or tax advice for your situation, and you shouldn’t rely on it as such.
5. Working with us
Paid work is agreed in writing, in a proposal or agreement that sets out the scope, fees, payment terms, cancellation and how either of us can end the work. That written agreement takes priority over these website terms. We don’t sell products or take payments through this website.
Advertising budgets you spend on platforms such as Meta or Google are paid to those platforms. They are separate from our fees, and the platforms’ own terms apply to them.
Free audit
Our free audit costs nothing and doesn’t oblige you to hire us. It’s based on the information and access you give us, and it gives recommendations, not guarantees.
6. Intellectual property
The text, design, code, graphics and data visualisations on this website belong to Darshan, trading as Troiken, unless stated otherwise. You may quote short extracts if you credit Troiken and link to the page.
Client names and logos belong to their owners. They appear only to identify businesses we have worked with, and their appearance doesn’t mean those businesses endorse this website.
The photographs on the home-page slides were generated with OpenAI’s image model. They are illustrations: they don’t show our clients, our team, our workplace or real results.
This website also uses work by others, under these licences:
- Cabinet Grotesk and Satoshi typefaces by Indian Type Foundry, used under the ITF Free Font License from Fontshare;
- three.js, copyright 2010–2024 three.js authors, used under the MIT License.
7. Other websites
Links to other websites, such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, are there for convenience. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or how they use your data.

We may change, suspend or withdraw this website at any time. We don’t promise that it will always be available or free of errors.
9. Liability
This website is free to use and provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss that comes from using the website or relying on its content, including indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit, or takes away your rights as a consumer under the law that applies to you.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the website after a change, the updated terms apply.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep any right your local law gives you to bring a claim where you live.
